About Us
Tom Velez comes from a family deeply rooted in construction; his father was a building contractor, and his grandfather was a carpenter. It’s a legacy that runs in his blood.

He initially studied Engineering at UCLA before transferring to Trade-Tech, where he completed his Civil Engineering degree with a focus on seismic upgrading and repair work.
On September 16, 1975, Tom established T. R. Velez General Building Contractor.
